Studio Twelve Twelve is a proponent of music/dance therapy and the positive impact it can have on health and wellbeing.

Most people are unaware of how dance can support the immune systems' ability to fight off germs. Studies show dance exercise reduces the risk of upper respiratory tract infections, including the common cold.

No Dancing Partner Required

Consider taking private lessons for your health. The Waltz for Health helps you learn how to move to music and make the physical activity a routine habit.

It is required to take 4 private lessons to complete the first course. We recommend practicing the routine repeatedly until you feel comfortable with it before you come back to take the next course.

The lessons are good for all ages and the duration of one lesson is half an hour. Instruction excludes technique and connection.
